Al And Alice have been baking cookies, tarts and turnovers since 1993. They started with a renovated, certified kitchen in their garage to a building a new home and large bakery in 2002. The Pie Place is truly a family business, from just Al & Alice to now 7 kids. From a couple flavours of pies to numerous flavours along with cookies, tarts, turnovers and seasonal treats, The Pie Place is our go to place for fresh baked products.
We pick up their products at the Toronto Terminal, on a weekly basis, so it is always fresh and delicious.
Baxter Kitchens
Baxter’s Bakery is a local bakery that is family owned and operated, hence the name. We have been carrying their cookies and tarts for many years and have never been disappointed with the quality of their products. They use natural ingredients and timeless recipes, hand craft their cookies and tarts and bake from scratch. You won’t find any unpronounceable names or preservatives on their labels. In our busy season we have fresh cookies and tarts every week, great for a treat or a long ride home.
In our farm market we have 5 flavours of cookies: Sea Salt Chocolate Chip, Ginger Molasses, Oatmeal Raisin, Canadian Rockie and Milk Chocolate Chip.
We carry 4 flavours of tarts including Classic, Raisin, Pecan and Coconut Raspberry. If you’re not sure which one to choose we also have their Mini Mixed tarts.
My Favourite Fudge
Since 2010, My Favourite Fudge has been wholesaling its specialty butter cream fudge. We are happy to have a selection of their 50 flavours in our farm market. We have the tried and true favourites like maple, chocolate and birthday cake but also like to stock their seasonal favourites like watermelon, strawberry shortcake and pumpkin. The varieties we choose are dependent on the season, and we like to change it up with new flavour selections.
