ADDED INFORMATION
Due to labour constraints, RTBF has had to make changes to their school tour program to allow teachers to be more self guide (farm staff will be present in animal room & planting station.)
If the date you are choosing does not have enough student tickets for your classes, that means the day is already booked. PLEASE, do NOT book remaining student tickets or remaining adult tickets and expect to bring more than booked.
Teachers: Please email sue.rtbf@gmail.com and I can book you into your desired date and time. This will allow your school to send along a school cheque or I can invoice the board for payment.
Free admission for teachers (1 teacher for every 15 students) and TA’s, +a ratio of 1 adult per 5 students no charge) and any staff for special needs students.Β Teachers and adults are responsible, at all times, for their students while on the farm.
Dress for the weather and for being outside. Eating areas are outside under a shelter. TEACHERS: At booking, please indicate whether you are staying for lunch/snack. LITTER FREE snacks & lunches only. Please take any garbage home. Lunch allows schools to extend their visit to 3 hours.
Be prepared, bring water bottles, sunscreen, bug spray, hats etc. for June visits.
All visits to the farm are non-refundable, if weather is inclement (thunder & lightening storms, torrential downpours) trips can be rebooked by emailing sue.rtbf@gmail.com
